These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the PlanoTrak – Construction App ("App"), developed by Christos Dimos ("Developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and commercial construction project management purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. No refund will be provided for the unused portion of a current subscription period.
If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
To access team and cloud features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to code, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by the Developer. Your project data remains your property.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Construction project decisions should not rely solely on the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or financial losses.
The Developer may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked.
The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Arta, Greece.
